Supervision

Supervision Training is aimed to support senior, managers and leaders to develop a wide range of social, interpersonal, management and development skills to build capability and confidence in supervising and developing employees.

Professional Boundaries

Professional Boundaries Training helps staff to understand the professional boundaries and limits to ensure they develop effective professional relationships with children and young people. The aim of the course is to explain the necessary requirement for boundaries to be clearly defined to prevent confusion or blurred boundaries can lead to conflict, performance issues or potential safeguarding concerns.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding Training helps staff to understanding the roles, requirements and expectations of staff to protect children from harm. The purpose of training is to understand how to reduce and manage risk for children, working in a way that supports their best interest and risk manage the complex needs of children in a holistic support safe manor in conjunction with relevant professionals or services.

Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing Training helps staff to understand how to effectively whistleblowing concerns, their obligations in reporting concerns. The purpose of this training is to understand the protection for protected disclosures and duty of care obligations.

Management Development Program

Management Development Training helps managers and leaders to gain the knowledge and confidence in the requirements for their management or leadership role. The purpose of this training is for managers and leaders to have robust oversight, effective leadership skills, the required knowledge and confidence to be an effective and efferent manager and leader in their setting.

Missing From Care

Missing from care helps staff to understand the reasons children may go missing from care and identify any associated risks vulnerabilities, safeguarding concerns and risk of harm with missing children. The purpose of training is to support practitioners and carers to gain skills, knowledge and ability to support children at risk of harm from missing incidents. Proactive support, nurturing stable relationships and effective interventions for children reduces their risks and vulnerabilities using a child focused balanced and proportionate approach that is based on the right support at the right time to manage risk and support children’s independence and resilience

DOLS CSE & CCE

DOLs, CSE & CCE Training helps staff understanding the roles, requirements and expectations of to protect children and young people from harm. To be able to understand how to reduce the risk associated with missing children and children at risk of CSE & CCE. To risk manage the complex needs of children in a holistic support safe manor in conjunction with relevant professionals or services

Reporting & Recording Training

Reporting and Recording Training is for practitioners and carers to be able to understand the reasons of effective recording of information for children. The purpose of training is to support practitioners and carers to gain skills, knowledge and ability to report and record information effectively and efficiently to meet the legal requirements for their role and support a culture of best practice for children in the care of the local authority

Regulation 40 Notification Training

Regulation 40 Training helps managers and leaders to understand to gain the knowledge and confidence in the requirements for sending notifications to authorities including notifications to the regulatory body Ofsted. The purpose and reasons of notifications to Ofsted and how to effectively notify the regulatory body of essential information within the regularity requirements for registered settings.
